GlobalNOC provides network and infrastructure support for clients all across the US. During my time here, my main job was to program in perl to aid in maintaining client and network device information in the organization's Core Data Services application. I was also responsible for maintaining the stabilility of CentOS servers that are configured with Puppet with the help of monitoring tools and automation scripts.

As a Lead Associate Instructor for the Python programming course, I was responsible for providing programming guidance to the students in the class, carrying out lab sessions, grading homework and practicals and handling academic misconduct.

Application Developer Jan 2012 to Jul 2015

As part of the credit card authorization team for the client American Express, I was responsible for developing and delivering defect free, optimized Mainframes applications from scratch. I was involved in creating low level design documents, formulating unit test cases and documenting them, coding all the required components and finally unit testing the application before deployment.
